We only receive online applications that are accompanied by payment.  All applications are subject to approval by our staff.

 

Booth and/or product Photos that represent your business must be included with your online application 

FOOD VENDOR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Food Service Permit from the Macon County Health Dept. Be sure to apply more than 10 business days prior to market day to avoid late application fees.  Click HERE  for a temporary food service permit application. Click HERE for a seasonal food service permit application 

  • Proof of insurance emailed to jumpjiveproductions@gmail.com (Please send this when you submit your application))

  • The City of Decatur collects an additional 2% tax on prepared food and beverages in addition to the general 9.25% sales tax. It is the responsibility of each food and beverage vendor to collect and mail the food/beverage tax using the form supplied through the City of Decatur Website linked  HERE
